Characteristics
Plant erect to a height of 5 cm, a few main axis arising
from the basal rhizoidal attachment. the axis often naked below except
for few rhizoids; primary axes several-branched, these branches bearing
the ramulli in two rows; the ramulli progressively shorter from near
the base, which is 6 to 8 mm broad, giving a broadly triangular-lanceolate
form to the branch.
Distribution : Gujarat,Maharashtra, Goa, Karnataka, Lakshadweep
